The media could not be loaded. A fun "tug-of-war" dog toy that we got for our Mini-Golden Retriever who loves to play tug-of-war games and really enjoys pulling on this Elk for hours on end! I will say that it is not that durable as a chew toy though, so don't leave it laying around or your pups will destroy it in a day. The "stretchy" part in the middle is not made to be chewed on and can be easily chewed open where the squeaker is located. Our Mini-Golden Retriever would have gutted this in a day if it was left out but we keep it in a bin of pull toys and only take it out to play with as she won't chew it up while playing. After we are done playing, it goes back in the bin for another day. It will stretch between 13 to 18 inches and makes an excellent tug of war toy with the built in handle. My hand usually gets pretty tired trying to hold onto other toys to entertain our pups but the very large handle makes this toy easy to use and play with. It's definetly built for comfort with soft touch materials, a squeaker in the head, crinkle paper in the middle and "floppy antlers" to hit your dog in the face as they try to pull away, our pups LOVE it! . The integrated handle really makes the tug-of-war games a breeze and you can see in my pics that my hand easily fits within the handle and I'm a big guy at over 6' 3". We have also been able to get our two pups to both pull on an end at the same time to tug-a-war against each other, which is very fun for both of them! So my review is really only focusing on the "tug-of-war" aspect of this toy and I give it 5 stars for that concept alone as it's one of the best designs I've seen with the easy grip handle. ... show more

Ok dog toy the only issue is that the belly seam is exposed. Anyone with an aggressive dog knows that this is the entry point. Wasn't long till it was shredded. But was fun to play with while it lasted.

Marshal seems to really like this toy. It is very cute and just perfect for his size. He loves the crinkle sounds of it when he chews on it and the antlers, he is fascinated by the antlers and won’t stop chewing on them. Seems very well made and I think it will hold up to Marshal’s eagerness to tear toys apart. Toys only last a couple of days around here so I will update my review on the condition of the toy within the week or sooner if it didn’t last. The price of $14.99 seems a little high for the size of the toy BUT if it holds up to Marshal and his brother Griffin, then it will be well worth it. My smallish-medium aggressive-chewer heeler mix puppy loves this toy! Her favorite activity is tug-of-war, and this item has a nice handle to help me hold onto the thing. The squeaker is a winner, although it's pretty loud for in the house. Crackly tissue paper (?) filling is also an engaging sound/feel for chewing. I'm sure the toy won't last forever, but I'm amazed that, after 2 weeks, she hasn't torn it to smithereens--so far so good. Recommended! ... show more

My two puppies have chewed it non stop. It is still intact, and no pieces have come off. It has actually lasted longer than the Kong brand plush chew that I bought at the local big box store. I had my doubts when I took it from the package but it has really held up well and the crinkly sound makes my pups chew it even more. It is holiday themed but new puppies means new toys and it fit the bill as a Vine sample. Glad I got it, and surprised by how tough it actually is. Most toys last a day or two in my home and start getting pulled apart, this has exceeded that timeframe already. Bulldog Husky mix for reference, not full grown still young pups. ... show more
