I have two dogs. The main reason I got this one specifically was because of the difference in colors. But when they arrived they’re exactly the same. Both have black straps and white boxes. I was really hoping for different colors so I know when channel goes with which collar/ dog. Now I’ll have to text them every single time I put them on my dogs…. So that’s a little frustrating. Other than that I think they’re good for vibration and sound to get your dogs attention. We are taking them to a dog park that is off leash, but there is not fence. So I bought this kinda as a last ditch effort to get my dog in line, and wow at the difference it has made already and he has only worn it 4xs. The only time I have thought I needed to use the shock button was when it was turned off and he wasn't hearing the beeps or the vibes. I always give him at least 3 beeps as a warning then I use the vibes and he knows instantly now soon as I hit the vibe button and he stops whatever it is he is doing that I want corrected which is usually leaving our yard. It has most definitely turned a stubborn defiant puppy into 1 who is actually listening. Now with this device he can possibly be trained as a service dog. ... show more

These are working great. Our 2 large dogs respond great to just vibrate 90% of the time, and shock is sufficient at 1 for them. We did shock ourselves at every level and they are all tolerable but from about 10 and up are pretty unpleasant. The only problem I have so far is that the buttons are very hard to read being they are black symbols on black buttons, and I can't get the "note" sticker off and this is the only reason I put them at 4 not 5. I will update as time goes on but so far very happy. ... show more

I have tried three different shock training collars for my husky-German shepherd mix. She has a lot of energy, and the vibrations actually work. She is 7 month and has short long fur. And this one is able to get her attention.

We adopted a husky who is 5 and had no manners didn’t listen and was a very bad dog on a leash. This was a miracle. I have never used the shock only the beep and the vibrate buttons. He is so different now. I only had to use it a few times and it totally changed his awful ways. So happy we adopted the boy and very happy we purchased this collar to help with his training and to get his attention when needed. He is still stubborn but that’s part of being a husky.
