The product is well made, thick, undamaged but it really smells. If it wasn't for the odor we probably would have given it at least 4 stars. We bought a doggie door with doors that opened vertically. The springs on those doors wore out very quickly, so we had to find replacements. The manufacturer of that doggie door unit does not just sell replacement doors so we had to compromise. This was an excellent choice! It’s thick so it keeps out the cold air and since it comes in a roll, it’s cut to size. Highly recommend this product. The smell was awful, weird substance on hands, smelled like weed smoke. Let it outside after open for it to air out and the smell stayed exactly the same, could not use it and had to return it. Something is very wrong with this product and I wouldn't want my animals touching it at all.
