This product is the best delay cream I've used in my life! Using this cream I have complete control over my orgasm, which is rather special for me considering that without using it I last about 30 seconds or less... Pros: What I like about this cream is that you don't have to be careful about how much you apply to your dong. Although it numbs it a bit the actual act still feels amazing and I prefer to use a little more to make sure I have full control over everything. I can last as long as I want with this but can achieve an orgasm whenever I want as well! Cons: If you're still a young bloke like me without a girlfriend / wife who mainly gets his rocks off through one night stands, this cream might not always be the best choice. This product is awesome. I have always had trouble with premature ejaculation and just kind of dealt with it the best I could. I found this and figured it wouldn't hurt to try it out. It did not disappoint. I applied as directed on tube, waited about 5 minutes, put on a condom, and went to work. I didn't rinse it or anything- it seems to absorb quite well so there's very little residue after application. I noticed a subtle odor to the cream that didn't bother me. There was a slight tingling sensation, but no burning. The desensitizing effect seemed to last for about 30 minutes after application, maybe a little more. I would say subjectively that it reduced sensitivity during sex by about 70-75%, which I was completely fine with because it allowed me to last about 5 or 6 times longer than normal and was able to control when I ejaculated way better. I didn't time myself or anything, but where I would usually struggle to last for 1 to 2 minutes of intercourse, this product allowed me to go upwards of 10 minutes with a much greater feeling of control. I've been married for several years, and would more often than not piss off my wife due to my prematurity. Not anymore! I can only speak to my situation, but if you're in a relationship where your partner won't think you're weird for applying this cream, and you find yourself not being able to last long enough to satisfy on a consistent basis - give this product a shot. So depending on how long you want to last, understanding the product helps a bunch. The first time that I put this on myself, I wasn't ready for the results! About 10 minutes prior to my wife and I getting frisky, I rubbed in about a quarter size amount of the cream mostly on the top and sides of myself. I put on a condom and we went to work. Now we are into this for the first little while, but I am completely numb downstairs and she has already went multiples! At this point I am no where near the finish line! She starts asking me how close am I to finishing. I'm like give me a minute. About another 15 minutes later I feel myself starting to get a little sensation back downstairs and shortly after that, I was able to finish! I was well pleased but not used to lasting sooooo long! I learned that a little goes al long way, so the next time I only used about the size of a pea on the top, and it did what is intended but not overwhelming to where she asks how much longer I will be!
