I purchased 2 cases and one was replaced by Amazon. Out of 3 cases of 20 I had not even one case the was useable. The bottoms are terrible. Many of the botton lips are too pronounced to let the rubber pad hit the flat surface of a table so they just slide around. Some have chips in the paint and some have small dents. If I can salvage 20 out of 60 I will be lucky! Too bad because I like that is came with all the matierials you need although the paper is horrible and one case was missing all the extras! ... show more

Many had chips on the tumbler, edges at the bottom had mistake areas to where they shouldn’t have been allowed to be sold. I wish I could get a refund. Price was good but the quality shows why. Do not order these is you have a growing business.

I was very disappointed. I sublimated 10 tumblers and out of those 6 of the the coating has chips of the coating missing and you can see metal. I purchased the 50 pack and may have save $10-$15 but in the long run I lost money. I will have to paint in spots and do resin over these to be able to sale them. The media could not be loaded. I have used different tumblers they all turned out GREAT smooth and shiny but these cups have been horrible! It’s scratchy looking very light and rough feeling
