Comes with 3 batteries, 1 charging case, outer shell attachment, flat stick circle with attachment point and a selfie stick that is extendable. Works great for under water footage and I did not need the diving kit cause I am not going very deep but it is definitely water proof. My only complaints are that I wish the charging case could charge on its own. It works more like a docking point for charging 3 batteries at the same time instead of a portable charger. The quick attach points are great and secure the camera very well and I would suggest picking up a couple more for other things you might want to do cause it only comes with 2. Picture quality is great and there are a lot of different functions you can do with it. I did have it overheat while using it outside in direct sunlight on a 100 degree day but it continued to record just the screen shut off. After cooling it down it worked perfectly and that pretty standard for electronics in extreme heat. Batteries last a long while and you can probably get 5-6 hours of footage with all 3 batteries (dont quote me on that though). You will also need to pick up a sd card and I would recommend 256gb or larger if your filming a decent amount. ... show more

My Osmos Action 3 constantly overheats. I filmed in Thailand, I filmed a 4th of July special in Oregon and it was even kind of cold. Just in the short time I have had the device I can say I had nothing but problems. It is defective. or this product is garbage. I was able to get an Action 4 that work fine. 4 weeks ago I purchased the DJI Osmo Action 3. After trying no less than 25 times over a 3-day period, I called DJI support. After performing some basic steps which I had already tried before calling them, I was told to return the item because it must be faulty. I really wanted this camera, so I waited aweek for the refund to show up in my Amazon account, then purchased a second Osmo Action 3. Again, I ran into the same connectivity issues and again I called tech support. After more basic troubleshooting, I was requested to leave my email and a more advanced technician would be in touch with more in-depth instructions as to how to pair my Osmo Action 3 with the MIMO app. After not hearing from DJI for 36 hours, I called to ensure they had my correct email, which they had, and within the same 48 hour period I would definitely receive an email with more precise instructions as to how to pair my device with the app. After waiting a total of 6 days and receiving no email and hearing NOTHING from DJI, I finally decided to return the second unit. I waited 2 weeks for my refund, at which time I immediately purchased a GoPro Hero 11. The unit arrived the next day, and I just completed syncing it withe the GoPro Quik app. Connecting my GoPro Hero 11 to the app on my phone was effortless, pain-free, and stress-free, and it took all of 3 minutes to set up, from start to finish. Also, I had purchased the Freewell Bright Day ND/PL lens for the Osmo Action 3, and the time to return them and get a refund expired due to DJI's failure to reply, so I lost $70 and I'm now stuck with lenses I can't use. I will never in this lifetime nor the next purchase another DJI product due to the way I was treated, and I highly advise others to carefully consider before doing so as well. ... show more

I did a lot of research before purchasing the DJI Action 3 and was very impressed with the reviews. I received my camera yesterday. Turns out my new Samsung XCover Pro is not compatible with the camera, so I was unable to unlock it, to upgrade firmware, etc. It should be clearly emphasized in the advertising that not all phones are compatible. The easiest way to check is to download the camera app software first. If your phone will not allow you to install it, do NOT order the camera. For example, I was able to install software from Insta360 and GoPro, so either should have worked. I will be ordering a GoPro Hero 11, and returning the DJI Inaction 3. Disappointing, to say the least. UPDATE (5-2-2023) I read on the DJI site that Samsung S10 is compatible with the camera. I bought a used one, but it is NOT compatible, either. Last thing I tried was my iPad and it worked correctly. Good to know: the iPad WORKS! Nonetheless, the entire unlocking and updating process is a real PITA. UPDATE: (6-26-2023) I’ve been using this camera very successfully, getting great movies, perfectly exposed, in focus, and motion stabilized. I started recording in 4K, but realized the size of the files was enormous, and was quickly filling up my hard drive. So, now I’m shooting in 2.7K, and very happy with the resolution and file size. It is extremely easy to offload the files into my computer by simply connecting in the USB-C cable and selecting the transfer option that pops up on the camera. Drag and drop the files onto the computer, and the can be edited and arranged in a movie. Right now, I’m using the iMovie app, since it’s included with my Mac. It’s a simple program, but adequate for my present needs. ... show more

The camera itself is a great action camera. My problem is with DJI support for my Pixel 7 pro. I cannot get the camera to connect to my phone. No matter what I do the camera will not connect. I contacted DJI support and after a few basic troubleshooting steps they said I can just return the camera because of possible comparability issues with my phone. They should be upfront about this before someone buys it. I did get the camera to connect to my Samsung A8 tablet (running Android 13) with no problem. Update: I was finally able to get the firmware updated after about a week of frustration. I have been using it for almost a year with my Pixel 7 pro and I now have no issues. ... show more
