These were great, my kids are still working on them a year later. They do suck up a LOT of acrylic paint when painting them, be aware. But the pieces are big and have a great squish to them.

Bought these for a craft kit I put together for my kiddo. She really loves them. They have a pretty good squish to them, and they don’t have an odd smell. We use fabric paints to color them, and it works really well. I can’t attest to how these would work with markers, though.

We stumbled onto these all white ones which are perfect for her to paint her own designs. There are many cute animals of different shapes and sizes, they are super soft and squishable. They are just ok. Some are discolored and several have large air bubbles inside so they don’t squish evenly.
