  • Exactly what I needed
Color: Blue
Fit perfectly and was what I needed

  • Looks the part, doesn't play the part.
Color: Blue
Tl'dr : Looks good, performance is a bit lacking, an average overall product. Don't expect this to replace the need to upgrade your CPU by pinching out more clock speed by having better cooling, it won't happen. Long ver: I purchased this to replace an aging loop, it was a simple loop, the reservoir on that system sat on top of the block, it used i think a Nickle or aluminum HS block. The tubing was discolored, and it had a terrible evaporation issue, in 8 months 80% of the system was empty, and yet... it still cooled better than this system does. I opted for a more sophisticated reservoir with this rebuild, which is the only real saving grace to the rebuild, and it's not related to this product... This product? Loud whine from the water pump, the power hooks are not compatible with a z170 (also 4 years old, as well as the 6600k), also doesn't appear to be modular PSU friendly, which is a shocker.. this stuff was the new gaming standard in 2016/17, this wasn't a new build, it was a rebuild yet the power connectors seem outdated, and the 3 pin Mobo controller connectors also seem outdated. Anyways, you can get it working sure, the fans on the radiator are gorgeous, but perhaps due to having to using a constant power source rather than a controller on the Mobo, it seems like the fans are mediocre at best, perhaps they are not spinning to their capable RPM, which again... the connectors are the problem. Then there is the topic of block, it's copper, and it doesn't feel that "cool" so makes me wonder if it's pure copper, i doubt it, it's likely an alloy or more likely just plated, meaning it's not really transferring heat that well. A common cost saving tactic. From there the end result is simple. With a small OC on a 6600k (@ 3.920 from 3.5) the idle temps are in the high 20s, low 30s, with a load it can get close to 80c (don't wanna go too much higher on this chip); Where as i ran this CPU at 4.2 on the old cooler and had 18C at rest, 30-50 on load. I also prime95s this cooler to test it's limits, and it went into dangerous temps of 100C +; i stripped down the block, and rig several times to ensure air flow, and thermal contact was occurring, it is. The tubing is warm, which just makes me feel like it's not an efficient system. My large reservoir should also make it more efficient, but still it runs warmer than i like for it's cost. To give you an idea, it's common place for tower cooling only, or a modest water loop to see OCings at 4.5 @ 60C load for this chip, it's a highly sought after CPU for OCing, i'd blame the age, but again i was running cooler with a half empty loop days before i installed this. So i doubt it's the age of the chip. In the end, not a bad starting point, i may install another radiator to increase it's heat removal efficiency, and that might just be enough. The positive part about the connectors not fitting my Mobo is that i have those pins available for a 2nd/3rd, or even 4th radiator. Does look good though. ... show more

  • This was easy to setup and it works great

  • Beware
Color: Blue
Worked great at first. Installed December 2021 and it busted July 2022. No support or warranty options. So I am out the money and a soaked computer. If you are interested in water cooling for cheap…. This is not my recommendation.

  • Be careful.
Color: Blue
Shipped quickly and packaged with care, NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED, so if this is your first build with a CLC be careful and take your time. After assembling and installing the loop it does keep temps low, usually below 50 degrees Celsius. However the pump is very loud. The pump is also made of plastic which is kind of a no no when using metal fittings. The pump does leak so be careful, liquid and computer components don’t mix. ... show more

  • Not bad for the money
Color: Blue
Not a bad budget cooling system. Pump started leaking about 6 months after I installed it. I replaced the pump and didn't have any more issues with it.

  • Cheap but Awesome
Color: Blue
Awesome cheap Pc water cooling system for the price. One down side no instructions but didn't to long to figure it out. It is a true value for the money.

  • You get what you pay for.
Color: Blue
It's not bad for what you pay for. It's definitely outdated, having no AM4 support (ended up settling for a Barrow CPU cooling block for my build). The pump is noisy when the system first boots, but that resolves itself pretty quickly when you fill the reservoir more and leave the system running. If you want to keep your components cool, you'll want to invest in another radiator, and better fans. The ones provided are more for better airflow, rather than going through the radiator. In my case, I ended up going for Corsair fans and it usually hovers between 20 and 40°, depending on the load. But, the fittings are nice and worked perfectly with the CPU block and pre-installed GPU block (Seahawk EK GTX 1070). A little leak when first installed, but all I had to do was tighten the fittings. All in all, not bad, but could be much better. ... show more
