Read plenty of reviews before buying this mirror, and 1 thing that was consistent was how fragile it is so either the shippers will ruin it or your will not handling it proper, This was my 3rd one sent out, the first 2 I didn’t even get to my house. They messaged me saying broke In transit. But when I finally got it, I handle it with care, def a 2 man job at minimum. The shipping box alone is heavy. The install is super straight forward just know how to find the studs and you’ll be good, I’m not a technician so the guy helping me knew how to do it, he’s only complaint the wires were to short from the outlet we needed to connect to, but he had some extra, so we were good. Love the finally product, did exactly what I needed it to do in my bathroom. I also didn’t know I got a Bluetooth speaker so that was a plus, it’s loud enough to hear thru the shower and water, just no bass so don’t expect A1 quality out of it, but does it’s job. ... show more

Great mirror. I was worried about purchasing the mirror since there were not many reviews. I decided to take a chance and purchase 2 mirrors. I liked how the lights were on the outside of the mirror. The mirrors were packaged in hard cardboard box that kept them safe. I hired an electrician to install the mirrors. The Bluetooth speakers were easy to set up. The dimmers worked great ... show more

We really like our mirror! I love the fact that you can blue tooth the speaker to phone/tablet as I can listen to music or a book. I do wish it would sync with Alexa but really most of what I want to hear can be accessed on my phone. Figuring exactly how to wire was a little tricky but not impossible. The lighting is great for makeup and at night the “buttons” (flat touch screen icons) emit a soft blue light that is the perfect nightlight for the bathroom. We are really pleased! ... show more

Bluetooth worked for 2 months after installation and hasn't been working since. It doesn't connect anymore and we tried several phones.. it only worked literally the first 2 or 3 months after installation
