This took 2 hours to assemble but was not difficult. However, if I want to move it to a different house, it will be a pain to take apart and reassemble, and I am keeping the original packing so that I can have the nuts and bolts identified. I am also keeping the assembly instructions. The frame is very sturdy, even though it looks very light. There are a lot of exposed bolt heads on the frame, which is not attractive, but the price makes up for it. It is very easy to move on my tile floor. ... show more

Super cute, love it. Easy to put together, was hard to screw in some screws at one point. Recommend having two people cuz I did it alone and it was hard lol. Also one malfunction for the part that holds the bed up, the holes were on the wrong side so I couldn’t screw it in but since everything else was already put together it held up fine. ... show more

I have been assembling furniture, bicycles, and other assorted products for well over 50 years. I can honestly say that this was the very first project I have ever completed without a single swear word! The engineering design of this product, in my opinion, is excellent. All pieces fit together perfectly, and the construction quality is first rate. All pieces are clearly labeled and the instruction sheet, although 'pictorial', is large enough to see each step of the process clearly. It is easy to understand how it all goes together. If I had to nitpick, the only two things I can point out is a couple of the pieces containing female threaded connections had a bit of paint in the threads, making it a little difficult to get started. Not a big deal. Lastly, it would really be easier for two people to assemble this than one person (like me). In order to attach the outer rails to the headboard and footboard, you must hold the rail parallel to the ground and the headboard/footboard perpendicular to the rail in order to connect them together with the appropriate screw. An extra set of hands is very helpful for this part of the assembly. ... show more
