  • Inexpensive Low-Pressure Manometer
Style: Basic
I bought this to check pressure drop across my HVAC intake air filter. And to check it again later after the filter loads up with dirt. Works fine, and the resolution 0.02 inch*H2O is adequate. No problems with it, just installed the provided battery, powered it on, set the units, and took measurements. Comes with a set of nice, floppy silicone hoses, which I used, and some stiffer clear hoses which I didn't use. Display is clear and instructions are fine. ... show more

  • Unbeatable for the price.
Style: Basic
I use this manometer to dial in gas pressure when swapping valves, changing regulators, or testing in/outbound flow in general. Usually only in/wc. I also have a Klein that cost 5x as much, and this one works the same, reads the same, and has all of the same features. The only thing different was the case. Klein has a hard case and this one is kinda cheap. Tested it with a slack tube and it’s spot on. Easy to recalibrate as well. ... show more

  • Works, does exactly what its supposed to do
Style: 5/16 Inches Diameter Port
Bought this to use after watching multiple furnace tune up videos. Has all the hoses/connections needed. This was the same model recommended as its inexpensive and great for DIY use. Without the video I wouldnt know exactly how to use it…the manual is basic and doesnt really explain much. I have to admit there are two versions with different “fittings” was not sure which one I needed. Anyhow I was able to successfully connect it, get a goood reading, make a small gas valve adjustment on my furnace…and feel good to not pay $XXX for a furnace maintenance visit. Everything was OK, but worth checking for piece of mind. I also checked my gas fireplace and will take it over to my parents next visit! ... show more

  • Worked Fine for RV Propane Pressures
Style: Basic
I used this to test the propane pressures on my RV's low pressure regulator and on the hot water heater gas valve. Both used the included 1/8" barb fitting. It was plug and play: Attach the hose to the right side connector, turn it on, select the correct unit. It measured quickly and nicely on propane pressure (which is a maximum of 1/2 PSI at service points) to two decimal points. It also responded instantly when I adjusted the propane pressure on the regulators. ... show more

  • Meets my expectations for the times I need to measure (natural) gas pressure.
Style: 5/16 Inches Diameter Port
Easy to use. Accurate when compared directly to a glass tube manometer on the same port. Zeroing meter after turning it on is as easy as holding the HOLD button after turning it on. Apparently a lot of reviewers have yet to learn this trick. Good value for the money.

  • Does the job but
Style: Basic
Bought mainly to test gas pressure on furnaces wish it had a magnet didn’t realize how useful that would be also tubing is very small had to get adapters to increase size. Works well other than that.

  • Good enough for basic reading.
Style: 5/16 Inches Diameter Port
The media could not be loaded. Simple manometer that won't make you break your piggy bank. Enough to detect water column gas pressure and that is all that most people would need it for anyway, although it has different measurements types available as you can cycle through them to see different values. I had to buy an 1/8'' NPT barb because the one that came with it was a 1/4'' stainless steel (an excellent barb but not what I needed.) I decided to go for a version with larger barbs and hoses and have no regret because larger tubing allows greater versatility like when you need to check negative pressure being sucked into the manifold where you need to connect to such using larger diameter tubing straight to the metal tube that is sticking out of the manifold (meant for tube that goes to diaphragm switch.) You can hit the recording button and it would record average/max/min pressure that happened over time so you don't have to keep watching the display like a hawk. Overall, this device is sufficient for most people. ... show more
