I got this in a small for my 10lb toy poodle, his neck measures 10” and this adjusted to a perfect fit with room to spare. The leather softens quickly and is a comfortable fit for him. The quality is good except for the metal buckle..while it works it doesn’t feel like the snaps securely closed. Even though I haven’t had any issues with it coming loose I’m not sure how long it’s going to hold up before the buckle stops working. Overall, this is a nice collar & perhaps I just got a weak metal buckle on mine. This collar has a beautiful appearance on my black poodle..the blue shows up really pretty. Our dog is pretty rough on collars so we wanted something that would last but not be stiff or overly rugged. This collar is exactly what we wanted. It has a metal clasp and leash loop. The feel of the material of the collar is soft and smooth yet it seems very sturdy. It’s also a very adjustable collar which is nice especially for our young dog who still has some growing to do. We’ve had our dog running through brush every day and the collar still looks like new. Time will tell how it holds up but so far it has been great. The only negative I have is the material loop that holds the extra collar length is sewn together without any overlap so if the stitching starts coming loose, it would come off. It’s a minor detail as the collar is still functional without the loop. Otherwise, we’re very satisfied with this collar. ... show more
