Just as described. I am using it for my small table to store salt and pepper grinders and napkins not much room for anything else. The slightly bigger nesting one is for fruit/vegetables again not a lot of room but perfect for me.

The base is a very thin plywood. It sounds hollow if you tap on it, that's how thin it is. I wouldn't put anything heavy in this if you plan on carrying it around like a serving tray. It's nice to use as a display on top of a dresser, table, shelf, or drawer. I used it as a church organizer to place the cups, sugar, honey, hot chocolate packages, stirrers, etc., in.     • Stain is darker than depicted
The product is cheap pressed wood with a pine. The quality is okay and simple construction. It has a antique look. The stain is low quality and overdone which makes it darker almost black in areas.

I’m glad I already planned to paint these. They are filthy. Whatever was used to stain them came off onto my hands immediately and it’s never ending with a wet paper towel. They are otherwise perfect for what I need them for (card storage/display) very light weight and a great size. 2 stars bc if I wanted to use these right out of the box in this advertised color it wouldn’t be possible. They are FILTHY and it appears to be coming from whatever was used to make them this dark color. ... show more

I got these to fit on a small shelf in my coffee bar. They look great and they were the size I need. they are made of super thin and cheap materials and if I didn't need the size and look I would pass. They are way over priced for what you are getting.
