Everything was easy to put together and came in a timely manner. Only complaint is the bar that’s near the ladder it broke from the screw. With little pressure. Would be great if there was a hand bar on the ladder that leads to the bed. But all in all my daughter is happy with this bed

We bought this bed for our daughter's small room. She is 6 and it is tall, but she didn't mind. Some small kids might not like the height. While we were building the bed, we were missing a piece and the seller responded quickly and got the pieces shipped to us swiftly. It's pretty easy to put together and the lights are great. It feels pretty sturdy, but we did secure it to the wall since its for younger kids. Even though it's metal it feels smoothed on the edges enough to be safe. This is a great bed for small rooms. I do with the steps were a little wider but it's not a deal breaker. ... show more

I give this a 4 out of 5! It was so easy putting together. As a single mom, I built two of them! I loved the loft idea with their desks underneath. It wasn’t extremely high but just enough! We loved the LED lights underneath as well. Super fun! I think for the value it’s a great quality. Only reason for the 4 was because the heavier the child the more wobbly it was! My daughter is 10 and weighs 70lbs and rolled around a lot so- felt wobbly! I will say though I felt it was very secure. Would buy again though :) ... show more

The design of this bed is aweful. The support bars don't reach the full width of the bed and fall out at the slightest movement. My daughter cant even use it....very disaapointed

Bed is for ten year old daughters room. She loves it. I find it’s a bit squeaky despite taking extra care in assembly and retightening, but I also expected that would be the case.
