These are nice and thick, absorb great, and when I use it with my toner it doesn’t pour right through the pad. It soaks up nicely, with plenty for the face without dripping. Of course, anything is going to drip if you add enough liquid to it. Regardless, it holds the “right” amount of liquid, in my opinion. They’re nice and soft, so not irritating to the facial skin. I will say that it’s not really a deterrent for me, but somehow I manage to use them in a direction (that even I’m unsure of) where by the halfway point or end of my using them, they begin to roll up where it’s no longer usable. I've finally found reliable go-to cotton rounds! These initially are costlier than the target brand HOWEVER with inflation target increased their price and lowered the quality. I took a chance ordering these and so far I'm very impressed. I used these to exfoliate my skin in the morning with facial cleanser. And for evening I use this with micellar water to remove makeup. They hold the liquid well and clean up my face very nicely. No piling or lint! The layers do begin to come apart after alot of saturation but for morning facial washing I wet it first with water, press it together with the palm of my hands, and then use it with the cleanser. I got these so I can use their precise pointed end to help me clean out my ears better, adjust my makeup, or clean in tiny spaces. The cotton is a pretty sold tip, not soft or in danger of wilting at all. If anything, it’s very strong. Exactly what I paid for.

I have bought these several times over the past few years and they were a great face pad for applying pore refiner toner! This last pack, I noticed several changes that I consider to be a poor decision for the quality of this product. First, the packaging changed from a nicer looking, heavier quality plastic zip bag. It firmly held it's shape, so the cotton pads stayed stacked nicely in place. Also, it was great because I never had a problem with them getting tossed around and the pads getting wadded up. The packaging now is made of a lightweight plastic zip bag and it feels flimsy and cheap, easy to tear. The look is not that of quality now, as it once was, which leads me to the pads that it contains. The pads use to be a smooth, thick and firm texture. They held the liquid face toner well, so that it didn't soak straight through the pad and run all over me. Now, the pads are thinner, and the cotton is not smoothly compressed. It's fuzzy and has no strength or firmness to it. When you're applying product to your face, the pad is flimsy and wads up and begins to separate in my fingers. This product isn't what it use to be! After I finish this pack, I'll be looking around for a pad that's like what this one use to be. It's a shame, it was a good quality product all of the way around.
