As a dermatologist, I use these CTA (cotton-tipped applicators) all day long every day. The formerly sturdy CTAs were years ago replaced by fragile thin ones that break easily. These are exactly what I've been looking for! Every now and then I use that pink pimple drying lotion spot treatment on breakouts, but using a normal-sized Q-tip tp try and dip in the small glass bottle is a hassle. These are much longer and get to the bottom of the bottle very well!

I bought the 6 inch cotton swabs to use in my gun cleaning arsenal and they don’t disappoint. The swabs are well made and does the intended job. Shipping was as expected with what’s going on In the world right now but was actually quicker that expected. Seller kept in touch and gave updates on delivery times and overall everything was great. Purchased to clean out head blot holes and make sure they were dry etc... they are not quite long enough to reach the bottom of the hole but with forceps they were. The cotton tips do not leave loose cotton behind or become dislodged from the stick. Despite using shop vac and air to blow out the holes I still had some coolant and black sooty stuff down at the bottom of the holes that would not come out. These were great to be sure the holes and threads were completely dry and clean before installing new oiled bolts. After blowing the holes out I ran the bolts in to check the threading and removed them but noticed several came out looking milky like there was water in the threads. In some holes could see a small puddle at the bottom that would get bigger several minutes after using the air. Most of the holes are impossible to see down so this was the best solution to ensure there was no trapped liquids. They also grabbed some fine metal shavings/dust and a bug that was in one of the holes. They are very strong and useful for many other purposes as well. I have used them to apply adhesives and sealants on some other projects as well . Very happy with this purchase. Will definitely be keeping these on hand- they are great for heavy duty purposes as they do not fall apart and have a longer reach. ... show more

Exactly what I wanted. They're basically super long q-tips. I use them to clean hard to reach areas that require delicate handling. The stick is sturdy and doesn't feel like it's going to break when I add a little pressure.

These are very nice to have when you can’t bend down or reach as far as you used to. They really extend the ability to get to those hard to reach far away areas. l gave one packet to my visiting nurse as she was not familiar with them. Very thankful for the product.
