I was intrigued by the double sided design but I'm disappointed in the implementation. I have sensitive skin and to me the pouf side actually feels just as rough and maybe more than the exfoliating side. After several uses it has not softened and I find myself wanting to just use a regular pouf. If I dread using it then it's just not a good purchase. I'm just knocking two stars because it still does do the job. So I guess if you are someone who likes a stiffer pouf then this would be a good item for you but if you like the softer ones typical of the Body Shop then you won't like this. ... show more

I typically buy this exact Pouf from Ulta Beauty, but they stopped carrying them....so I looked at Amazon and whalla. They were the same price at Ulta, so I said I will give them a try. I've always like the strap on these Poufs; gives me better control when washing. Happy with the product.
