  • Extremely smooth cutting!
This blade cuts through pvc decking beautifully and with ease. At first I was nervous about the price for one blade, but it has made all my hard cuts simple to make. I would highly recommend if you are installing a PVC composite decking and need to make cuts with a jigsaw.

  • Works great on composite decking
I used this blade to cut Deckorators Composit decking. It cut over 60 decking boards before it became dull and started heating up and melting the composite decking. I went through two blades on my 1,200 sq foot deck cutting around a freeform shaped pool. The second blade started to heat up so I went to Lowes and purchased a new blade (not this one from Amazon) to complete my final cuts. The new blade melted the composite on the first cut so I ordered another one of these blades and it arrived the next day. If you are going to make cuts in composite decking that requires a jigsaw then you will not make a mistake in using this blade. ... show more

  • Nice blade
For cutting composite decking on my son’s Eagle Scout project. Made in Switzerland. Looking forward to using this on my DeWalt DW933 18-volt jigsaw. Looks awesome.

  • Great for timbertech
I had trouble finding an appropriate blade for our azek timbertech decking. After a lot of research and emails to several companies, some of whom said they had no appropriate blades, I picked this. It cuts through the boards like butter. On my jig I’m able to select straight cut or orbit cut. It does a great jobs on both and fine tuning a cut if I’m a little off. ... show more

Freud delivers a high quality Carbide jig saw blade for Composite decking. Ive been building over 35 years and the composite decking is hard on blades. Even regular Diablo blades dull fast and dont track straight. This blade is thicker than most T shank blades and matches the saw kerf well. Tracks straight and cuts square through the decking.
