This frame is so pretty! It took many months for me to find a reasonably priced frame one that was actually pretty and didn’t look like metal pipes! This is beautiful and a lot easier to put together than I thought it would be although if it wasn’t for my daughter I couldn’t have done it is also very Sturdy!!! Love it!!! its cheap, takes some time to setup, would be easier with 2 ppl, can easily be bent if your not carefull, sadly the instructions doesnt show on how to properly sit up the mattres in couch position and it didnt take much to bent it, tbh i hope it lasts awhile

This futon frame states it is for 600 lbs weight capacity, but the hardware got bent in a matter of days. A fastener went through the whole it was fastening the frame to the recliner. I had to improvize since the fastener was no longer usable, you can see what I used in the picture. Poor quality metal. On top of that it took a decade to have this shipped out, had to call and chat support. Ridiculous! Not worth the hassle, who has time to be dealing this much on a simple purchase.... ... show more

    • Tedious assembly, great customer service
This frame comes with decently thorough instructions and can be assembled solo or with another person. Unfortunately, some of the screw holes in a few pieces were way too small for the accompanying screws (drilling couldn’t do anything) so I needed to contact the company’s customer service for assistance. Customer service was very kind & understanding, and after filling out a form I had replacement pieces sent to me & delivered within the week! Unfortunately, the holes were still a bit too small (seems like a consistent manufacturing issue), however it was big enough for me to fix with a drill. Visually it looks great, and so far it seems to be holding up pretty well. I don’t like how flimsy it feels changing the futon from couch to bed, but I do keep it upright 90% of the time. This is a great futon frame. Easy to put together and really light but super sturdy. We use it with a DHP mattress and it is perfect. Super comfortable if you like firm support. I put a soft topper on it for comfort and coolness. Great enough to sleep on everyday. Got this $40 cheaper at another store during Black Friday but it is the exact same product. ... show more
