  • Advertized As Tibetan Buddhist Prayer Flags
PROS Colorful. CONS: Small. The flags come rolled up, and that was an issue, as it took almost two weeks for them to relax like my photo. They are meant to be hung out doors, but after one light summer rain, and even though these were under the umbrella, ALL of the ink immediately washed off -- nothing resembling prayers for compassion, peace, strength, and wisdom was left. Sad considering the reason we hang the prayer flags. Tibetan Prayer Flags are made to fade and disintegrate naturally, spreading their message slowly in the world, and absolutely NO care was done to preserve that holy tradition, which flies in the face of their purpose. What I Learned: Purchase the larger Tibetain Prayer Flags which come packaged flat. And purchase flags that are made by the nuns. What I have now, is 50-no-prayer flags, likely having nothing to do with Tibet or prayer. ... show more

  • Great cause, not so great product
I appreciate the fact that these are supposedly made by Tibetan refugees, which is why I ordered them over other similar options, but the flag size is very small and the fact that they are rolled in into a tight cylinder for transport makes them curl up and look terrible for a while. I kept them under a heavy textbook for a week to try and straighten them out, but it was no use. I may end up ironing each flag individually as another reviewer did. ... show more

  • Sending beautiful prayers
I read previews and bought them anywhat! Im happy to say these flags didnt need ironing..just wet them with a garden hose!! Within 24 hours they are flat...beautiful..and throwing off prayers to the world. P.s. the proceeds go to a worthy cost!

  • they're great for their price
They're made with some kind of synthetic material, and you have to iron them to get them to stay unraveled. It would be less frustrating if they wouldn't roll them up for shipping. They're also only about 4 inches. So definitely smaller than expected. Otherwise, they're great for their price.

  • Love these flags! Great value.
Great value for money. Let them hang around for a couple days to unroll. They aren’t perfect but they don’t need to be! You get so many i beautified my outdoor space and feel instant tranquility. I ordered some others which were more precise/well made at a much higher price tag these worked much better to be out in the elements and storms in Louisiana! ... show more

  • NOT FOR THE SENSITIVE
They're nice enough, small and sweet. But I am very sensitive to smells and toxins and these made me quite ill. So please be careful. Go ahead and buy them, but have someone else handle them. And put them outside.

  • Love them
Perfect. When you unroll them, the material is extremely curly. Spend a little time with a clothes iron to flatten them out, then you're all set. I string these up on my hammock when camping for good vibes. The wind has tattered them a little, but it comes with multiple sets, and they are designed to wear out and fade--a testament to the impermanence of nature. ... show more

This was a bad buy . The flags are small the print is low quality and it seems just made in a factory.
