  • Not a toy, a real instrument. Very good!
Just received about 7 days ago. Looks like good quality for a little box. Would be a good starter for beginners. Not playing an accordion for 57 years I decided to re-learn during retirement. This looks like a good choice for my needs. Not too big or heavy or complicated (12 bass), yet good sound quality and loud. The included carry bag case + straps make for good value & complete package. Delivery was swift, packaging was secure. I've seen same in music stores at much higher price. I do recommend. ... show more

  • Only 12 chord buttons!
Great absolute beginner instrument. Once you finish the first beginner book, buy another accordion, because you need it to play more advanced material or to play with others.

  • As an adult beginner this is a terrific beginning accordion
As an adult beginner this is a terrific beginning accordion. Sturdy, good sound with just enough base notes to get me hooked and convinced that I can do it. It's a good weight, also I am studying from the Palmer books and quickly realizing that I will soon need a larger accordion with minor and diminutive base keys. If you're a senior adult beginner, like me, don't practice too much at the start because you will have to build up muscle strength in your left hand. Less is more and then you will have lots of fun as you get stronger. Polka away! ... show more

  • Trash
Well cared for and used appropriately, bass button broke within 3 months of light use.

  • Great value for a first accordion.
Great value as a beginner accordion. It's taken me a long way in just 8 months, from rank beginner to a solid growing capability. I've since purchased a bigger instrument ($2k plus), but the big monster stays in the case unless I really need the minor and other buttons. For me, this one was the right first instrument...low cost enough to reduce the risk in case I didn't like playing, or in case I didn't have the ability to learn it. ... show more

The bass C almost does not work and sounds bad.

This little accordion arrived in great shape and timely. I love the sound, and it is so light that I can carry it anywhere very easily.
