I took a chance in order this bed online, and I am very happy with my purchase. The order came in three separate boxes, one which didn't show up. I contact customer service, and they responded immediately and sent the replacement box. The customer service was great. The assembly of the bed is a bit tough, but that is because its very well built. My only drawback is the interior leg supports (different from the ones you see on the pictures). THIS BED NOT MADE FOR ADULTS. The middle posts are so flimsy that getting into bed is like a Raiders of the Lost Ark jewel switch every time I lay down. As 195 lb man any movement at night will cause the posts to buckle and I wake up with a huge pot hole in my bed and my back killing me. I now have to sleep in another room until I find a new bed. I can only imagine if anyone attempted an adult relationship in this bed it would absolutely destroy this thing. Just splintered wood and shame. DO NOT BUY THIS BED. The resolution was they offered was a replacement of a bed piece only but why would I replace flimsy posts with newer flimsy posts. ... show more

Love the bed. Customer service responded quickly and were helpful. The bed is solid wood and well built. Very easy to put together. My only complaint is that slate support. The leg supports under the slates are pretty terrible. Cheap little cuts that don't stay in place very well. It also would have been better if the center beam was metal like the ikea ones. Would have gladly spent an extra $100 or so for a better slat system. Might look to switching to a flat bottom support that can fit inside the frame or making some modifications for better slates. Other than that its a frame that will last for a long time. ... show more

It’s been a little less than a year since we’ve gotten the bed frame, but it started falling apart 6 months ago. The slates under the bed are falling apart as others mentioned. The headboard is also falling apart. It’s very disappointing, we saved up for months to be able to afford a new bed frame and we really thought we were investing in something nice that would last us years to come.
