We contacted DEXSO and they were extremely helpful with answering questions regarding replacement parts and what our options were.     • Not very "strong" compared to my others
I have 3 portable units like this one and first wind 1 month after setting up, we had had 3 poles bend to where we are trying to determine if it will even last the winter. The unit directly next to it, different manufacturer, held up fine as did my 3rd in a gulch (2 season for that one). This is for our boat, so a bit nervous. The tarp sections seem OK, really long so have to roll up but glad it wasn't fully extended with the wind we had, pretty sure it'd be a total loss vs partial. ... show more

The box was delivered damaged and opened. When assembled it was missing parts. Replacement was sent and box was damaged and opened again. It also had parts missing. Fortunately it did have the parts missing from the 1st delivery. So i was able to make a complete canopy and it is perfect now. Suggest you layout all the pieces and verify all are there prior to assembly as they are numbered and many numbers are missing. ... show more
