The box was delivered damaged and opened. When assembled it was missing parts. Replacement was sent and box was damaged and opened again. It also had parts missing. Fortunately it did have the parts missing from the 1st delivery. So i was able to make a complete canopy and it is perfect now. Suggest you layout all the pieces and verify all are there prior to assembly as they are numbered and many numbers are missing. ... show more

This is made of shiny tarp material, NOT the canvas-looking fabric in the image. It also is designed nothing like the image. We, unfortunately, bought gray, which should be called “duct tape”. I guess it’ll be super easy to patch with said duct tape. The provided image looks like the base of the walls are angled out nicely for runoff. However, the real item is just tarp hanging loosely around the entire perimeter. The front and back are held on with Velcro. The provided wind tie-downs are strings with the smallest tent stakes I’ve ever seen and no real way to connect it to the structure (also not as shown). I was unable to get a full refund unless I disassemble and try to Tetris back into the box. I opted not to do that, but sure wish I never bought it. What an eyesore. I would pay twice as much to actually get the one pictured. ... show more
