Good Kitchen Rug with one flaw

Color: Dark Brown
After reading the reviews on these rugs, I decided to still try them. They are very comfortable, but just as others have said, how I wish they were wider. The smaller one tends to move about the kitchen so that is a challenge.

I put this longer mat in front of my vanity and the shorter one where I get out of the shower. It’s easy to keep clean and it’s comfortable for stepping onto and standing, while getting ready for the day.

I got the pink/cherry color and I love it! I wish they were thicker, but I'm willing to sacrifice a thicker mat for something cute. Personal choice. Anyway, they are super easy to clean, which, given I spill a lot and my daughter is clumsy, this is a bonus!

Good, but don’t work for everyone

These are great mats, but I don’t like having them in my kitchen. It makes it hard to clean, and it’s a pain picking them up every night to sweep. I have them in my garage, now.

Replacing after 2.5 years, but won't repurchase these.

I bought these for my kitchen in January 2021 and it's currently July 2023, so they have seen a LOT of use. For what it's worth, they have held up to three dogs and four humans on a daily basis and they're still in ok shape as far as functionality. They definitely help with reducing the impact of sta
nding on the hard tile floors while working in the kitchen. We have 4 of them: 2 in the food prep area, one in front of the sink, and one next to the dishwasher where we stand for putting plates away. Initially I loved the red color. It was nice to have a pop of red in our very plain and not particularly attractive kitchen. Unfortunately they very quickly collected stains, and when I tried to clean them the red outer layer started to crack and peel off as I wiped them with a damp washcloth. I tried soaking them in a detergent and water solution instead and the stains don't come off. They also take FOREVER to dry if you get them wet. I had them hanging in my bathroom for over a week. This problem has resulted in them looking perpetually dirty, even after doing my best to clean them without damaging them, and after 2.5 years of wear I'm looking to replace them because they make my kitchen look dirty even when I have worked very hard to get it clean. They also lost their "stick" pretty quickly and now they slide around the room and are becoming a trip hazard. They also seem to stick to my shoes, which I wear specifically for extra shock absorption in my kitchen. This is a big safety concern around sharp knives and a hot stove, so unfortunately they have got to go. I do feel like I mostly got my money worth even if I don't love the idea of having to replace mats that probably should still have plenty of life left. All that said: I won't be buying the same ones again. I want something a bit thicker and that won't slip or fold up under my feet and I definitely need something easier to clean and/or that will hide the stains better.

Great, but not with pets.

I love these first off. With that said I have 3 dogs and their nails have poked several holes in them. I keep nails trimmed so never dreamed this would be an issue.
