I'm a general contractor and have scaled down my operation over the past 3 years. Now I take on projects that I can either complete without help or with day labor. Though I seldom review tools (and there are very few I don't own), I have to comment on the collated drywall attachment. Note: I ordered 10,000 Senco collated screws. They work perfectly. Take 5 minutes to familiarize yourself either took: there's a screw length setting that's important, plus the depth of screw setting, both of which are clearly marked and easy to set. The attachment is designed to work with the cordless DeWalt drywall drill. Make sure you have that. I've driven about 8000 screws and the unit has worked flawlessly. Though there's lots of plastic, it has a solid feel and seems rugged. If you've ever worked a standard drywall drill, you'll kick yourself for not getting this attachment sooner. I can set a 4x8 against the ceiling with my lift and drive 50 screws in less than 90 seconds. I've done 50 in under a minute, so if you REALLY want to get on with it, this attachment will get it done. Bam! ... show more

Ease of use. Really fast screw driving. I suppose a bit of a negative is that with the ease of use, I tend to put too many screws in. Other than that, if you're planning even the smallest drywall job, go ahead and get this. Another plus is, that when setting the screws manually, I do tend to get metal splinters from the screws, but with this, no splinters as no touching of screws. Loving this attachment. There was a picture that was showing a jamb. It is misleading! The guy just didn't read the instructions and could not see the adjustment that needs to be made on side. He tried to put 2" screws when it was set to 1" deep. I hope these pictures help clarify how easy it is to unjam. Now for my regular review: Works great. I lock the gun trigger on, and as perpendicular to material as possible, push and it all most seems too quick cause it's done before I know it. If I hit it wrong, pop off collating attachment and drive in screw the rest of the way. It is totally worth the attachment, especially if you have the drill already. But recommend getting the whole drill, battery, charger, combo and get two batteries and a charger for $30 essentially if go for the full kit instead of tool only. I got it on sale. For the attachment, has to have the DeWalt bit that is skinnier then the normal "6 power bits. I would have given 5 stars if they also sold square tip bits. But I kinda want to put 5stars anyways cause this thing is awesome. And also my be able to drill another hole for longer screws. I will see what I do in the future. Or they may do what Makita did and sell an attachment part that is longer to allow driving longer screws and probably a longer custom bit. DeWalt, please hear me! ... show more
