UPDATE: Still loving this box. It is holding up well in the elements here in WI, and is being used as intended. Additionally, I like that it is big enough inside that my packages all have fit so far, and I still have room for a "snack station" for all the delivery drivers working hard this holiday season! 😀 Plenty big enough. Seemed a bit flimsy till all assembled. Directions for assembly regarding hinges could be a bit better- took me quite a while to figure out which holes to use, and just fyi the middle hole on the hinge does not have a purpose as there's no place to attach a screw anywhere. The sign does not come with it- purchased separately; as I'm using the deck box so my package deliveries stay dry outside in the rain/snow. I will update review if it does not fulfill that purpose. ... show more

Anyone complaining about this purchase is clueless. Took 10 minutes to assemble, it’s sturdy, and spacious. I can fit 6 of these 5 gallons gas tanks in it. Space for shorter shovels on top also.

    • Good value but very lightweight and wind vulnerable

Easy to assemble. While it goes together well and seems well design it is very lightweight and somewhat flimsy. I put several concrete blocks in the floor of the box to keep it from being blown away by the Texas wind. Still, the lid frequently opens on its own, especially if the box is not set on a flat level surface. A bit less opening force on the gas assist cylinders or perhaps some geometry changes in the hinge hardware could be made to help keep the lid down securely rather than provide the unnecessary “assistance” in opening and holding open the feather-light lid. Despite the above aggravations, it’s still a good value for the cost. However, if I were to need another one, I’d look to another brand. ... show more

Purchased this to store items that don't stack well in the basement of my RV. Keeps everything dry and with in easy reach. Super easy to put together. We have had some good rains lately and no water gets inside. We will see how it holds up to the AZ sun this summer.
