Not sure if they work. I heard CLA can help reduce belly fat. I bought these because they are vegan. They create smelly burps and urine, so I don't like to take them often, just being honest. But you probably have to take them often to see a reduction in belly fat.

I started taking safflower oil pills on the recommendation of a ballet teacher for the post workout benefits. I switched to this product when I needed to refill. I take 2-3 pills a day (recommended dose is up to 3), for about two weeks now.
