It stays in place and doesnt run. I did 2 rounds to get it all gone and still have some left in the bottle. I really liked this product very much. I read all the reviews, then purchased it. If you follow the direction on the package, very safe to use it. Allow the product to sit on those spots at least 7 hrs. The smell is very strong, so keep the bathroom window and your exhaust fan on continuously.
