I love these because you don't have to use dryer sheets which are not sustainable and also can harm any wildlife that gets into the sheets. You can always spray a favorite scent on them like lavender or something, but I don't. They help dry any size load of laundry and last a LONG time. The only time I had to get a new batch is when one of our dogs decided to play with one of them LOL. Fortunately I got the ball out of their mouths before they swallowed any fabric! These were my first purchased balls and although there was no real scent to them, they do make sure the clothes don't wrinkle like dryer sheets.
