The dress arrived about 2 weeks after I ordered it so plan on delayed shipping. It came turned inside out to protect the outside of the dress. The outside is made of semi sheer chiffon which moves, breathes, and drapes very nicely. The attached layer underneath is made of very silky polyester which didn't break out my skin as some materials do and was really silky. A nice touch to add the under layer that was sewn to the chiffon so the dress isn't see through. The neckline is both a modest and well fitted (no gaps!), square cut & the chiffon overlay material drapes beautifully like a cowlneck top. The slit in the leg goes ALL. THE. WAY. UP. I'm 5'2" & often have to have the side or front slits cut open to reveal a little more leg. Not the case here. In fact, I took the dress into my seamstress who is going to tack the slit so no "big reveal" accidents happen. The dress has spaghetti straps that are silky, not stretchy and lay flat. They aren't round like some. My seamstress is shortening them just a bit to help better fit my short torso. I am a 34C, 24" waist, 125lbs & the size 4 fit nearly spot on right out of the box. Being 5'2" means the train on me is slightly longer than shown on the model but the dress is exactly in real life as shown on the model. The back has a short (6ish inch) long concealed zipper that matched the dress perfectly. It also has 2 ties that I used to wrap around my back and waist to create the same look as the model. They are made of chiffon and held really well, no slipping from moving, sitting, or bending. The pictures I posted may nit be the highest quality as they were taken by the seamstress in her shop during my fitting. BUT ... I will say the dress nearly fit perfect just off the rack size, not custom & after spending just under $2000 on a so called custom we won't take it back dress from a private vendor that showed up way too big and couldn't be altered, this was a steal. The dress is light weight yet covers and an affordable price. Under the cowl neck are 2 perfectly circular, round breast pads. Initially I thought no way. No thanks. Have them removed. BUT ...you can't see through the material so why worry about the looks. They are soft so nothing could be changed to make them more comfortable and they do hold the shape of the dress perfectly without looking coney (like my million dollar can't return it dress). So they are staying but the seamstress mentions they can easily be removed for someone who possibly paid for upgraded "factory" equipment. If yours are bought and perfectly round and perky, you may prefer those removed. I ordered the off white as I find it softer and less shocking than pure white which I don't feel complements may peoples skin tone. As you see in my photos, it's pretty white and in my opinion, not muddy, beige, or any variation of soft but not quite white. It's a very pretty white color. Just not neon in your face white. I could only wish the shipping was quicker as I was really excited for this piece but the dress is 100% as shown on the model. This seller did an excellent Jon representing the item. I'd definitely recommend them and this dress. My seamstress is blown away that this piece came from Amazon. She said she just finished a similar dress that was purchased, like my original dress, for about $2000. She did note a big problem is we buy custom sizes and rarely get them so buy what's offered as standard. Yes to this dress! ... show more

This dress arrived right on time, in an airtight bag, in perfect condition. I'm SO happy that we purchased this dress! I can't recommend it enough based on our experience. It's perfect down to every strip of lace, every delicate button, the long, flowing train! It held up beautifully for the entire affair! The stitching was strong and perfect. My dress in all was beautiful! Im 5'3 like 265lbs and this dress made me look good in every angle! Haha I did get it customized to my size my only issue was for some reason the front seemed a bit loose on my chest part and the arm sleeve would itch a bit due to the little flower a little to out from the sleeve area but I loved it my wedding pictures came out great!
