I use the GolfShot app while playing so I'm often reaching to my phone while playing to check yardages and look at hole layouts which made it a pain to keep reaching into my pocket. This is a great option to have your phone in a spot that's easy to access and see while your playing. Much better than throwing it in a cup holder and let's face it, those cupholders are usually occupied by beverages anyway. I was a little skeptical that it was going to work when I took it out of the box, since the plastic felt cheap and the rubber grips didn't feel sticky, but had 0 issues all day!
