I was nervous to try this product but I am SO glad I did. My skin feels so clean, bright, and rejuvenated. I never have had an acne problem, I have normal skin (not dry or oily) and I have never felt the need to go for a facial. I am prone to have blackheads on my nose; but I wouldn't necessarily say they were a huge problem. However, after using this product, I can't find one black head. Bought this at the end of May and by the beginning of December, it stopped charging. Bummed because it worked great but I really can’t justify spending $100 on this again.

I read through the directions twice, washed and then rewet my face, and got started. Aside from creating a buzzing sound and slightly pinchy sensation, it didn’t do much. . There wasn’t any extracted debris on the device. I didn’t see any improvement in blackheads, whiteheads, or pore size. As far as I can tell, this device is a very expensive paperweight. It is going back. Save your money. You’ll get better results from some soap and a washcloth, and they won’t cost you $90. ... show more

I love this product. I use it once or twice a week to clear my pores and it really does work. I would recommend to read and follow the instructions before you use. I have a recommended to others. I gave it a 4 star because the price is a little high for me.

I have very congested skin and bought this to help deal with the numerous blackheads and whiteheads that I have across my face. I was hopeful given some other reviews, but have concluded that those people must have had already fairy clear skin before using this. I kept my face wet while using, I tried different pressures and adjusted the angle; however, nothing I did was able to remove basically any blackhead. I was able to remove some gunk from pores that didn’t have any visible problems, and those already clear parts of my skin did feel a bit smoother afterwards. However, the obvious blackheads and whiteheads were still almost as prevalent as before. 2 instead of 3 stars because while there was some benefit to small parts of my skin, it failed at the main purpose for which I bought it for. Love this product. I have always had congested pores, especially on my nose and forehead! This removes the gunk out of my pores same as getting a facial with extractions. It extracts effortlessly leaving my face super smooth and the appearance of my pores much smaller. I would highly recommend!
