  • Best radiator in its class
Not made with the lower end warped out of the box plastics, good quality made for a plastic radiator. Precision made. No fighting bolts during installation. Perfect fit without any issues. Pressure tested system and have not had any issues so far. Had about a month now. Looking good

  • Exactly the same as the OEM Denso radiator in my 2001 Honda Civic
Exactly the same as the OEM Denso radiator in my 2001 Honda Civic LX coupe with automatic transmission. Great price too. Autozone wanted $125 for their Duralast brand radiator.I It took about 6 hours total time from start to finish to remove and replace the radiator This job requires that you: Remove the front bumper which isn't really that hard. Just 4 screws and 8 push-type nylon retainers. Remove the battery. This allows easier access to remove the coolant recovery bottle and hose clamps. Remove the A/C condenser brackets and swing the top of the condenser foward. The A/C condenser looks similar to the radiator and is right in front of the radiator. Remove both fans. Each fan is held in with 2 bolts. The passenger side fan is removed towards the engine. The driver side fan is a bit trickier. To remove it you have to swing the top of the radiator forward then slide the fan out in front of the radiator frame upper crossmember. The radiator is also swung forward at the top and slid up to remove it. Disconnecting the electrical plugs for the fans can be a real pain as over time they seem to fuse together. You have to squeeze the release mechanism on the plug and pull while wiggling the plug side to side. Pull on the plug and try not to pull on the wires as they may pull out of the plug. ... show more

  • As close to factory OEM you can get.
The radiator came less than 30 hours after I ordered it, it's a quality built replacement for a radiator that only lasted me 4 months then started to come apart at top where fins are clamped to plastic. It wasn't a Denso radiator, this radiator was easy to install (if you know what you're doing) & is a great quality product for my 2005 Honda Civic 1.7l Coupe. My car was overheating & wouldn't start unless I hit gas. After swapping spark plugs with NGK V-Power & installing new radiator, my car runs better than new. Heat doesn't pass 1/6 that's better than factory with A/C on. Do yourself a favor & buy the Denso if you have a Honda. They are a Honda certified producer & make products to exact Honda specs. 10/10 great product & peace of mind. ... show more

  • That's one of the things that scares me about ordering e box it could easily damaged any radiator
I heard my doorbell ring and I ran to the door and I saw the UPS guy walking away. I brought my package inside immediately unwrapped it to inspect it for damage and right off the bat I was very impressed with how Denso packaged it. They used a ton of bubble wrap and the radiator was secured very tight within the bubble wrap. I inspected the radiator for damage and absolutely no damage. That's one of the things that scares me about ordering radiators through the mail is the fins are so delicate if another package were to rub up against the box it could easily damaged any radiator. But Denso did a very good job with how they package the radiator.UPDATE: AUGUST 4TH 2017- installed my radiator and it fit like a glove 😁 very happy with how easy it went back in. no leaks..so far so good. UPDATE: NOV 26TH 2017- the radiator is still good ☺☺☺ no leaks and no troubles.UPDATE: FEB 3, 2019- the radiator is still perfect, absolutely no leaks. ... show more

  • Original OEM for Honda Civic 2005
Got this to replace a cracked radiator on a Honda Civic 2005 LX. The vehicle came with the same Denso brand originally but that one was made in Japan. This one is made in Taiwan Fit was perfect. Quality is same as the original.

  • Great fit and good value
Pros - good value, fits perfectly, works well so far. Cons - The delivery was lost and had to whole extra week to get a new one.

  • A quality replacement
I bought a cheaper one a few months ago from Amazon but the crimps were inferior to this one and it blew out the upper seam. This one is higher quality and I hope it lasts.

  • Replacement radiator will last longer than a epoxy fix.
2008 Honda Civic EX automatic, 4-Dr. 190,000 miles. Denso 2213220 Radiator 5 star workmanship & 1st 1000 mile performance. 1st leak on OEM radiator fixed with epoxy lasted 1year. 2nd leak fixed lasted 6 month's. 3rd leak I bought the Denso radiator. No problem so far after 1 month @1000 miles Install tip: lots of YouTube how2 says remove lots of front end stuff. However, on a Civic EX there's a factory wheelwell molding that prevents a easy front bumper removal. Solution: spray the hood latch & mounting bolts with bright paint. Remove the bolts & latch. To reassemble... match up the paint outline to align the latch. After the latch is removed, pull the plastic grill forward & hold it in place with couple of short 2" x 4" scrap wood. For me, the radiator dropped rite in with just enough clearance. ... show more
