    • Small Saute Pan, All-clad is Better
I thought not having rivets and more comfortable handles would make this set better than All-Clad, but that was not the case. The saute pan is 3qt but the diameter is not very big. The All-Clad saute pan is much bigger. For instance, I recently fried 4 pork chops all at once in the All-Clad saute pan, no way they would have fit in this Demeyere pan. Also, although the Demeyere handles are more ergonomic, they are very short. The longer handles on the All-Clad give more leverage for picking up the pan. And finally, I thought the All-Clad cookware was all around better looking and better designed. $200 cheaper than Demeyere. I guess I can deal with cleaning around the rivets. ... show more

The best cookware I have ever used. Heats evenly with no hot spots. The extra large sauce pan is incredible and I can't imagine being without it. The fry pans sere meat better than cast iron as long as you properly allow enough time and don't rush. Clean up is somehow as easy as a soak, but they do fantastic in the dishwasher. The look great and after some use and I have no doubt will be the last set of cookware I buy. After having All Clad, Cuisinart, and some Calphalon I finally have found cookware that does it all better than any of the others and makes me a little better cook. ... show more

This is my first set of stainless cookware. I read so many reviews on other brands. I decided on Demeyere and very pleased. I followed every instruction on cleaning and cooking. Love it all. I just might get more
