As a pretty serious home cook, I'm always on the lookout for quality cookware. I was drawn to this set based on the looks and description. I read other user comments before making the decision to get the set. These are my thoughts on this 14-piece set. First...the cookware is really nice looking. This is the first set I own with a copper coating on the exterior. It makes the pots and pans look quite attractive and I believe they would look good in just about any kitchen. According to the description, they are good on any cooking surface, including induction! They worked well on my basic electric stove top. The set comes with instructions on proper care and use. The food doesn't stick to the ceramic coating and it's the coating that makes clean-up super easy. The material used for making the cookware is stainless steel which is then coated in food-safe ceramic. A nice feature with the glass lids is they have small ventilation holes that allow for steam to release during the cooking process. I haven't tried them in my oven, but I did notice in the description that you can use them in your oven with temps up to 500°F. Not bad!! You'll get 7 pieces of cookware, including a grill pan along with 3 lids and a bonus 4-piece set of silicone utensils. I think that this set is well worth the price offered. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I can confirm that this is the nicest, highest quality, well-made, most incredible pots and pans set I have ever seen or used personally. It's gorgeous and its fourteen pieces at an incredible price, it's kind of unreal. From what I have noticed by talking to people is that these pans being PFAS free is super important and is the only kind of pans most people are using now and are purchasing. Exposure to certain PFAS has been linked to many illnesses including cancer. These pots and pans are PFAS free, and I am super excited about that. They are also stainless steel under the hard diamond infused coating. Which is just beautiful and super strong and very durable. You will need to take caution in how you wash these pans, hand washing is best, but they can also go in the dishwasher but over time may lose their outer luster. Each pan is made with such care and are perfect. You will receive in this set a 7" frying pan, 10" frying pan, 10" grill pan, a 3QT saucepan, an everyday 5QT pan, an 8QT stockpot and also a nice steamer that goes on the 8QT stock pan. And on top of all of these pots and pans you will also receive 4 utensils that are made of all silicone and is what is recommended for these pans. You will also receive 3 lids that interchange with the different size pans which is really nice. You can use these pots and pans on most heating surfaces but not the grill or an open fire is not recommended. They can go in the oven as well but do not go over 500 degrees is also recommended. I am so obsessed with these pans, and they just cook excellent every single time. Forget the rest because these are the best in my opinion. I would totally one hundred percent recommend these pots and pans for their highest quality of any pan I own, and they are very pretty as well if beauty is also what you are looking for. 5++ to me. This set is so pretty. The copper and the blue are just gorgeous together. It looks very expensive. I haven't used non-stick anything since I was a kid because of worries about chemicals. But, these are PFOA free, and ceramic. Boy are they non-stick. I of course tried the worst of the worst, eggs without fat to coat the pan. I could not believe that they just popped right up. Not even a little sticking. Thank you! I have induction at one house and radiant glass top stove at another. This did fine with the induction, but if the pan gets damaged, it may not work quite so well. They heated fine and were detected. ... show more

Absolutely shocked at the quality of these pots and pans. Set came fully complete with no items missing. Wow... they are stunning and work so well. Word to the wise... if you want these to last here are a few tips. First, don't wash these in the dishwasher... the electric dish washing detergent can ruin the non-stick surface over time. Second... don't use cooking spray... you don't need it with these pots and pans anyway. If you do, the non-stick coating can be ruined as well. Take the time to hand wash and use butter if you feel you need a little extra non-stick. Beyond that, what else can I say... these pots and pans are absolutely stunning! ... show more

This set is very lightweight. The quality is okay. However, it’s not excellent, and this set is nowhere near worth $259. I don’t recommend it at this price. There are better quality options available for far less.
