I was worried about it being shipped and then wrapped up and set aside for Christmas, but it is very carefully boxed up, and each piece is encased in Styrofoam.     • Lovely, but one broken piece.
These are lovely and I would recommend. However, a lid arrived broken. The box was in fine shape. Maybe the packaging could use modification to prevent breakage if this is a common problem. We are not returning the whole set to replace it. Just wanted to send word in case manufacturer or seller collects the data to determine a solution is necessary to prevent future damages to their product. ... show more

I purchased this for my granddaughter so her and I can have tea. It is beautiful and she loves it. We have had a few teas so far. I like that in comes in basket and there is a place for everything. The only thing I do not like is that the tea set itself is very small. It could be a little bigger. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. ... show more

I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter. The tea set is adorable and heavy enough to withstand play. There are a couple of black spots on the dishes that appear to have been baked into them. The case that is used to store them is filled with styrofoam that is covered with a piece of cloth. The cloth has already slipped off several times. The latch that holds it closed is nothing more than a glorified brad and came out the first time she tried to open it on her own. ... show more

This is beautiful little set. I've seen several reviews as to where they were missing a utensil, I thought the same thing until I opened it completely. Very well made and nice for the price. My daughter hasn't used it yet as it's a Christmas gift but I would buy again.

A very lovely tea set. Perfect for a little tea party. I bought it for display on my daugther's room until she's older enough to take good care of it. Cause it's made of glass I wouldn't recommend it for toddlers; but much older girls can have the best time ever playing and making memories with such an adorable tea party set.
