Perfect size and easy to assemble. You get what you pay for. It’s not high end but I think it’s good if you don’t want something bulky or heavy. The mattress on it is horrible super uncomfortable and feels really cheap but you can just buy another mattress. I was scared the wheels wouldn’t work because with cheaper things that is an issue but it rolls great on carpet and wooden floors. ... show more

I love this bassinet! It is the perfect size for our room and fits perfectly next to our bed. The fact that it has wheels is so awesome because I can literally put it anywhere in the house which is important because I also have a toddler that needs constant care as well. The mattress that was included is soft and just the right thickness for the age range it is made for, and it is very easy to clean up any spit up or accidents that may occur. I didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg on a bassinet since baby won’t be using it for long. This one was affordable. It was a little difficult to put together but not too bad. I was nervous about this type since it doesn’t have a drop side for easy reaching after a c section but the height is perfect for my bed and the bassinet isn’t too deep to reach in so no problems there. I don’t use any of the buttons but they all work maybe for a different baby. The wheels are loud on a wood floor but doesn’t wake baby. The basket area at the bottom is perspectives for storing baby’s diapers and wipes because it’s easy to reach. Only complaint is that when I reach over to lay baby down the side rides up and I can’t find any sheets for the mattress so I just have the one. Also my mattress came with a dent in it but I flipped it over and the other side is flat. ... show more

This is my second child that I got this for I do like it because my first born is only one years old and if I put my baby closer to his level, he would be in his face with this I can roll it through doorways really easily is perfect size I like all the features it vibrates my son likes it has a light on it if you need it I actually instead of having a baby bed I put this next to my bed and my baby sleeps in it. The product itself it mostly decent especially at its price point! I haven’t had my baby yet but here’s what I can tell you! Firstly, my product came with only 2 locking wheels, so if it is important for you to have 4, beware of this. It was absolutely the worst and most complicated experience with Delta Children’s consumer services to FINALLY receive the other 2 locking wheels. The responses I did receive were obviously scripted and hard to read over a phone that is. The responses also arrived at odd times in the night which I found weird for a company based out of New Jersey. When they finally notified me that they were sending the additional pieces, I had not heard anything back from them for over a month. I eventually did reach out to Amazon for help and they had solutions for my issue right away! Had DC not just sent the other 2 pieces, 2 months later (after my first email to them) without any update, I was going to give the review 1 star based on how difficult it is to contact this company. Note: they do not have a phone number to call directly, and with my experience trying to reach out multiple times and requesting for an agent to call me directly to solve my issue, I was never called or replied to when I requested they call me! I originally sent an email asking for the 2 additional locking wheels as advertised and reported some inconsistencies in their manual with the pieces I had received. The legs were marked incorrectly and we just had to assemble it how it made sense (legs went on backwards and inverted), not according to the manual. For a baby bassinet I expected the safety precautions to be better. I had also reported some other inconsistencies in their manual and noted that the sewing is done somewhat poorly. It’s just sad to me that as the consumer I found SO many mistakes with this product and tried to notify them of the specific issues and it was not fixed. But we were able to set it up to be used safely. The quality is decent and sturdy! As mentioned the sewing is a bit off (makes the music box/light hard to attach) and not taut but not unusable. Overall, wish I could have given it 5 stars but it was such a hassle to contact customer service if you do have to reach out. I’m on the fence if I would recommend it or not! This bassinet is literally amazing, the vibration is perfect too along with the light and music. It moves very smoothly on rug and hardwood floors and is easy to lift. I had the Delta Classic Breeze bassinet for my first baby, this one is definitely better. I would definitely recommend to other buyers. 😁 ... show more
