    • Faulty-had to be returned
i bought these for my dad because they were readily available in one day and because the reviews averaged to four stars. Our experience shows this set of hearing aids, at best, is a crapshoot. The unit for the right ear charged quickly but had a lot of amplifier noise, making it unusable. The left one charged for hours but never showed fully charged. It should have been charged enough to test, though, and all it produced was very quiet static despite being set to the highest possible volume. And yes, both units were turned off while charging; none of this was a result of operator error. What's more, adjusting the volume requires a tiny screwdriver, which is very unhandy. The on/off switch is also tiny and difficult to manage. My hearing is fine, but based on this experience with my dad, I could not possibly recommend the purchase of this set of hearing aids. ... show more

    • Need filter options!
These earbuds hearing amplifiers are made nicely and come with everything from the charger block to a charger dock. They have two styles of ear grommets and three sizes of each style. I was able to find a fit which is rare for me with only three sizes to choos3 from. The grommet I picked did make a good seal in my ear canal after rotating the buds slightly. With a good seal I had no painful squeals during my tests. I played with volume and seemed to find comfort with the dial turned up about 25% from mute. The issue I have and the reason they don't stand out for recommendation from me is they don't have any frequency filtering choices to select from. Unfortunately this means that the frequency of my room fans was amplified clear with perfect clarity but my TV frequency wasn't amplified and instead was drowned by the fan amplification. Without any frequency filter modes these aren't going to be usable for me in my desert dwelling where I need my fans always on. The build quality and accessories are all top notch but overall the package is average for me. 3 stars. Thanks for your time with my thoughts. Take care and Thank you. ... show more

This Delona D20 Hearing Aids for seniors is absolutely incredible! I gave this to my 60 year old dad! He struggles with hearing and needed something quickly! He didn’t need something extremely expensive, just something to improve his hearing!Which he said this did the job! It works like magic as he is so quick to respond now! He loves how these are waterproof and sit comfortably in his ear! This charges like flash, the battery life is luxurious! These are great for background noise canceling too! My dad said it makes it so much easier to talk to his friends! He absolutely loves the color hearing amplifiers! A color is coded for each side, which he thought it was really useful if used with people who are not good with Left and Right. He really enjoys this aids!     • One of the better thought out ones I have used so far!
First thanks for not forcing me to use an app! Secondly very comfortable and built in rechargeable batteries always a plus! They give a carrying case usb cable and small brush to clean the ear plugs and some replacement pads for the ears! When noises get too loud it acts like a microphone and peaks out so it cuts down the volume which is nice! These are best for slight hearing loss to moderate. No levels to adjust that I found. I really like these but I am newer to hearing aids I will learn more as I go. ... show more
