I've only had it in for 2 weeks now and it's working well that I can see I'm not having any problems I do have a 3-year warranty on it though!!! If you don't like a loud air conditioner I've got to say you may not like this one loud noises don't bother me. This one is loud when it goes into it's a cool mode so I'm not sure if this would be right for everybody continue my review after I've had it for a while! ... show more

Blows really cold. Does a good job. Haven’t tested the Wi-Fi yet. The only thing I saw that I did not like the air adjusters. Don’t really adjust the air, but it does really blow cold.

Lowered my light bill. It’s hot in my kitchen during the summer and my thermostat is right on the other side of the wall. The rest of the house stayed cool but the big ac unit run all the time day and night. Since adding this window unit my kitchen stays cool and the big unit doesn’t run near as much. As for noise it’s not any louder than any other window unit I’ve had or been around. It’s really worth the money if you’re facing the problem I was and it will pay for itself in a few months. It’s been several months now and hurricane Halene hit here pretty hard. We were without power for a week. I plugged this ac into my generator and blocked off some rooms in my house and this little unit kept us cool just like the central heat and air unit does. Master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen approximately 12-1300 square feet. If this ac died tomorrow I will order another one tomorrow. Very satisfied with this product!! ... show more

This unit is small and and does not cool the size room it claimed!!! Maybe a 50 square ft shed but definitely not a 250 sq ft!! Which is dangerous for me!! I am a terminal woman who the heat can stop me from breathing Which is why I bought this unit it says that it will cool my bedroom and IT DOESN'T EVEN COME CLOSE!!! and now I can't return it in time because the temperature is going to be over 95 today and tomorrow. I can't take the chance of not having anything!! So now after I buy a expensive unit for the living room I will have to buy a different one for the bedroom 🙃 so this unit has wasted $270 of my money 🙃 I am on social security and can't afford to keep buying units because the seller lied about the unit...so beware if you buy it...oh and the vents the cooler air comes out of only point down!!! Can't adjust them and I wasn't told that!! That would have been a deal breaker...I feel totally taken advantage of by this seller!!! ... show more

I purchased this for my one room studio. This does not effectively cool my studio and it is louder than the AC I replaced it with. It's energy efficient and it has lowered my cooling bill. The WiFi feature is also nice. But it's too loud, and it cannot cool an NYC studio

We live in Texas and it was hot. Our other unit wasn't as many BTU so we were hot in the house. Weather here is 3 digits and this unit handled it with ease We were surprised by the functionality of this unit. We work this unit daily. Only complaint is that it's not a heater as well. Every time we called seller they were responsive to our needs or questions. Definitely would recommend and will probably purchase another unit for my work garage. ... show more

*New update* The communication with this seller has been phenomenal. They proactively reached out and offered support. The resolution was above what I was asking, so A++++ customer service and updated two stars for that alone. If all my customer service interactions went this smoothly, I would be a happy woman. Old review-I brought two units. Both take a while to get the area cool. I have the smaller room 10x xxx and it takes just as long to get cool as the bigger room 12x xxx. Ultimately, you have to keep them on for quite a while to start feeling the difference. Little annoying, but I think I should have brought stronger BTU units. They both have been easy to set up and install. However, one of the units makes a very loud noise when operational. Not sure why one makes weird noise and the other doesn't but who knows. The sound is very loud and annoying though. Never goes away, but does decrease in decibel eventually. Wish that unit was as quiet as the first. I wanted a refund but who wants to go through the hassle of taking it out, having it dry, then sending back. This has made me think twice though about buying larger appliances off of Amazon.
