Amazing product. It was an older model which was expected but nicely upgraded with all the bells and whistles. It comes with a wireless adapter and it comes with a keyboard and a mouse. It is very quiet, it had a rough sound like all computers at the beginning but nice and clean. It came well packaged, i was afraid at first but very happy with the bubble wrap keeping it safe. It doesn't come with HDMI, but i knew that before I bought it after researching it so i had purchased a converter to put it on my tv. it works great. the windows activated with no problem and the computer is perfect for watching movies on which is why i bought it. It's not meant to be a high profile gaming computer just a superb computer for software etc. ... show more

Amazon refurbished is a crap shoot. This is a replacement for a tower that would have been a very good machine but was killed by a long list of critical updates. This is again more than what is advertised - says HDD but twice I got SSDs. It survived an update and is performing very well. It came with a wifi usb dongle that did not work until I searched and downloaded the software for it manually ... show more

    • A great deal--if you know your way around hardware
I ordered two of these systems recently. My plan was to install 2GB graphics cards and wifi adapters so that my teens could use them for schoolwork as well as low-level gaming/digital art systems. Short version: One worked perfectly, but the other would not boot on arrival. If I hadn't been able to diagnose and fix the problem myself, I would have had no choice but to return. Long version: The refurbisher had used a right-angled SATA cable to connect the HDD, even though the frame clearance didn't allow for this. As a result, the cable broke in transit, and the hard drive was not connected. I had to order a replacement SATA cable, but I'm glad I did. Once I had the drive properly connected, everything worked smoothly. These are fabulous deals for the money. Both towers were pristine, with clean installs of Win 10 (no annoying extra programs pre-installed). But I recommend taking care when buying these systems, especially if you're not comfortable working with hardware. ... show more

    • Buyer Beware!!! Deal with Vendor through Amazon if You Have Problems with Your Order
I purchased 9 refurbished Dell Optiplex 7010 Desktop Computers on January 28, 2020. Two of the 9 did not work upon receipt. The power light was flashing yellow and didn't turn on. When I called, they emailed me two prepaid labels and sent two new computers, no questions asked, even before receiving the two computers I was returning. Although I was disappointed with the computers not working, Tekrefurbs replaced them with no questions asked. Between March and April 23, 2020, we had one more computer failure with a flashing yellow light, and one was replaced twice with computers that didn't work upon arrival. I'm left with 2 non-functioning computers: one with the yellow flashing light and one that says "rear fan failure" (which was received that way). Tried to contact Tekrefurbs at least six times over a period of several weeks. I finally contacted Amazon in July and was told because I dealt directly with Tekrefurbs instead of going through Amazon, Amazon had no record of anything that happened and there wasn't anything Amazon could do but attempt to contact the seller on my behalf. I understood there was nothing Amazon could do because of no paper trail. I appreciate the offer by Amazon to contact the seller. The response I received from the seller was that the warranty had expired. Bottom line: Deal with any vendor through Amazon. NEVER buy from TekRefurbs. Ask questions when buying refurbished computers from anyone regarding the warranty. I never imagined that one of the computers that were originally purchased would be replaced within the 90-day warranty period twice (for a total of 3 computers) for that workstation. ... show more

    • Small, and FAST--- well- WILL be...
The 2 T regular drive in it makes it slower than smoke off poo--- but I"m replacing that with a 2T ssd, and adding a 500 gig for operating system, and use the 2T for SEPARATE storage.. that way I never lose anything no matter what goes down.... Iv'e tested it with one I had here already and it is VERY FAST with those... but I need it in my previous system-- have new ones coming. It cost a bit more but VERY worth it-- this will make a GREAT- fast, small form factor (room saver) and VERY good system... I LOVE IT-- great choice. ... show more

Its OK at the refurb price, but missing a lot of features for a computer with such a high "new" retail price. The good. WIndows 10 Pro 2Terabyte HDD I7 16 gig RAM The not-so-good: Secure Digital card slot. The DVD is not a burner. (new ones cost $19, how much did they save by having a DVD ROM instead?) It has no Bluetooth It has no WiFi (but comes with a mini WiFi dongle that takes up a USB port.) here is no room or power/data connector for even a very small HDD or SDD The Keyboard and Mouse are ultra cheap. PLUS It's noisy and smells faintly of cigarette smoke. ... show more

Not sure every person with get the results I did. But I am more than pleased with this purchase. I had had it about a year with zero issues. And seriously I have at this moment (and I just counted them) 82 windows open. And it's still easy to do anything I want without a lag. So for the $$ am I happy, seeing I have spent over 10X as much for a PC that was 10X slower. Yea, I am quite happy with it's performance and have zero negatives on this purchase. ... show more
