When turning on the laptop, the battery life was 100%, showing 1hr and 20mins to run. While I was unpacking the package, I saw the charger was for a desktop computer. And, when I checked the battery life, it was 6% in 3 minutes. I could not even charge the laptop since the charger was not for this laptop. I waited for this item for two days, and now I need to go to UPS to return this. I wasted my time and money. This is totally not making any sense. You should not sell an item like this. The laptop itself was in great condition and worked just fine. The problem is they sent the wrong charger for this laptop. The laptop required a 65w adapter and the adapter that came with the laptop was a 90w adapter and the computer could not use it, because this laptop uses a different adapter plug than the other Dell laptops I would have had to purchase a new one. This little laptop is great for running emulators for retro games. The internal storage isnt much *but* the sd card reader makes it great for storing lots of smaller, low spec games.

I was told I would receive the computer next day, it took 4 days to receive. I received a computer that doesn't even charge, I had to hold the charger all crazy to get it to charge for a few seconds at a time. All while starting my new job which I purchased this computer for. Not only did it not charge properly, it wouldn't click on the first click I'd have to click several times. Then the company wouldn't send me a new computer, so I can send this one back. They wanted me to send this computer first. Leaving me computerless for work, which was the whole purpose of purchasing this in the first place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! This laptop lasted less than 8 months; just in time for the warranty to run out. I turned it on one day and I got the black screen of death. I got the run around from Dell, and they really didn't care about my problem. I always try to buy refurb/recycled merchandise to try to help save our environment, but I won't buy Dell ever again. I found out later that it was owned by someone in Australia and it's over 5 years old. Amazon should have done the right thing and sent me a replacement. ... show more
