I like the Small size of this Mini tower and how light weight it is. I have a really old Dell full size tower that does not meet the requirements for windows 11 and has been having issues so i ordered this as a replacement. I choose to purchase a Condition: Used at a large discount from New that was rated Very Good - 256GB SSD + 1TB HDD, Windows 10 Pro installed on SSD and the HDD for data storage. Windows 11 Ready! It arrived in Original box and looked New but The Video did not display properly when connected to my Display. It displayed fine during the BIOS boot process but once into windows it was bad. I contacted Dell Tech support and they had me run some tests and decided I needed to reload the operating system back to the Original Windows 10 Home that Dell originally sold it with. This process was performed by connecting to Dells Server and the original system Image was restored and Video was displayed properly. This system was Originally sold with a 14 month Warranty from Dell in Oct 2021 so I have about 6 months of Coverage from Dell Instead of the Two years advertised with the New systems sold by Amazon. On the Plus side this system included a DVD reader/writer and had a Generation 11 Intel I5 processor. The seller helped me get Windows 10 Pro Back after the Dell factory reload restored it to the Home version. Windows Auto Update then upgraded it to windows 11 pro version. Dell had loaded a old Video Driver and the video would not come back on after the system went into sleep mode. I spent way too much time working with Dell support and they remoted into the Computer to try and fix it but the problem remained. They wanted me to do another system restore and reload but I held off and asked the seller about this. He advised i get the latest Video driver from Intel so I did and it fixed the problem. This is proving to be a decent Desktop computer for using the Internet and doing Basic computer Tasks. This is not a system that is designed for Computer Gaming. It works Good for me however as I play a Android Mobil Game and have installed Bluestacks Android emulator program on this computer. It works really good for that and much better than my Older Dell did. ... show more

Great little system. Yes it has no Optical CD/DVD drive as noted. It does have a 512GB m.2 SSD, Windows 10 Pro, and a valid 2 year warranty from Dell (verified on Dell.com with service tag#) All specs on listed for system matched system build info on Dell.com for this system's service tag#. System boot in less than 10 seconds and is zippy with web and applications. This is not a gaming system, but a great system for all around general use. If you want to check the specs or warranty before opening box, the service tag# should be listed on one of the outside Dell labels, just go to dell.com, select support and enter the service tag# to see original specs and current warranty status. ... show more

I gave it four stars not because its a powerful machine but because it does what i needed it too for the price. it does not come with a dvd / blueray player which is kind of off putting. It is not intended for games so if you are wanting a pc for games stay very far away from this. it is a good PC for the office or just browsing the internet / watching you tube. So in short if you are looking for a cheap PC for the office or casual internet browsing then this is for you. ... show more

I knew before I bought this machine that it didn't have a CD drive. I already had a portable DVD/CD drive that it didn't factor into the decision making process. I needed a computer similar to the machines we use at work and this matched the criteria. I also have a Lenovo ThinkPad but wanted a desktop computer. The set up took no time once I connected to the internet and signed into my Microsoft One Drive account it literally set itself up. I have a wireless mouse and keyboard, however it did come with a hard wired mouse and keyboard that I used in migrating data from my ThinkPad to my Dell. I wanted this computer for a new tax return preparation software that would load on my Windows 10 laptop but not my then Windows 10 desktop (HP SFF reburbished). If I do not run the software on this desktop, I need to use a laptop. Undesireable! I suspected and hoped it would run on this Dell Inspiron. And it did and I knew it would because with the help of the software company's technical support I was able to get the new software installed by the end of the workday Tuesday. Hurrah! ... show more
