So, I was looking for a smaller computer to use at work; my other computer is also a chromebook and works great but I wanted something smaller. A lot of co-workers were buying very expensive small computers, I didn’t want to pay a lot. The price was under 95 dollars its renewed, but its simply a great little computer. I need it to access a simple online program at work, thats it. It does the job and on my break , I can watch videos or surf the internet. It’s user friendly, it doesn’t take up a lot of space, and it can fold into a tablet. You can also add any keyboard in case you want to add color or lights to your pc. I highly recommend this product. The amount of storage and all the other fancy computer terms , don’t know but semi understand just have to be taken into consideration to see if it meets your needs. As for me, it happens to be my go to pc now even at home, its sturdy and I just love the size and for this price the resolution for watching videos is not bad at all. I am truly enjoying it and so far the battery life is simply perfect, as far as the sound quality its great but if you like louder audio you can use a bluetooth speaker. As for the weight it says 3.1 pounds but I really don’t feel it cuz I carry it on my backpack and it doesn’t strain my shoulders at all. Overall I am extremely satisfied. ... show more

I got this as a work computer for my husband. The laptop came carefully wrapped in bubble plastic. I did read some reviews that mentioned there was no charger, however I did receive a charger. The touchscreen does work well and the laptop came in perfect condition with no scratches. It's bulky, I wanted something smaller than my Dell Latitude 5300 2 in 1 but it seems to be tough and can be charged from the left or from the right. Battery life is similar like my other laptop.

Love this Chromebook!! Had an older dell Chromebook and couldn't do much with it and decided to buy this one. It was cheap a.f. but it works better than my roommates hp laptop!

Not sure if it's because it was refurbished but the chromebook just would turn on after 4 months. I took it to 2 Techs and they said they usually problems was not it so I need to pay more so they can go in and replace any parts...at this point it would cost me more to repair than it is to replace the whole thing..more money out of my pocket ... show more

    • More Negatives than Positives
Unfortunately, this was one of those purchases where the negatives out weighed the positives. The positives are that it's a working lap top for 80 bucks and it's a Chromebook, so it will probably keep working. The negatives were: (a) the enclosed power cord was so wrong for the computer that it wouldn't even plug and I had to order a new one; (b) it was advertised as a 2020 model and the sticker on the back plainly says 2019. This matters with a Chromebook because they have updates for a limited number of years and once the updates are over, so is the computer. So, this effectively knocked a year of usage off the laptop. Finally, the screen of the computer very definitely does NOT fold over as shown in the pictures - it's a standard 45 degree hinge. I've been very pleased with refurbished electronics on Amazon in the past and consider them a wonderful deal. The quality control from this company, however, is either incredibly poor or just plain fraudulent. Not worth the hassle of returning, but very definitely not satisfactory. ... show more

I was impressed on how the Chromebook came. It had 0 scratches or marks and it looked brand new! Easy to set up and great value for the money I paid. Touch screen works great!
