I’ve had this machine for 15 months and not one of them was I able to just use this machine. It doesn’t keep settings whether it’s the display sound or any of the other things you want to personalize. This is just a glorified led light because that’s the only part that works consistently. I’ve had to do a complete clean and reset too many times. I don’t do anything but use it to stream videos from my subscriptions. It can’t handle simple tasks like launching Hulu on any browser. I try watch ESPN Hulu and YouTube at the same time and it just doesn’t work. Had gig internet connection through Ethernet and Wi-Fi neither could handle it. I don’t recommend purchasing this at all. I will end up just getting rid of it for whatever I can get because this machine is trash. ... show more

So the usb ports aren’t great. If you Plug in certain things it’s makes a mosquito like sound. My stream isnt as good as usual. I see my computer slow down and lag sometimes. Also weird thing this computer broke my keyboard. It no longer turns on. So they owe me $200 for a new keyboard. Returning it today then finding a better pc ... show more

Do not buy. After a few minutes of a game launching and playing, the GPU driver crashes. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, updating drivers, and rebooting. Nothing works. My old PC was clunky and slow but at least it was reliable.
