Recently have been updating our home and had been eyeing this set for a while. Shipping was done by a freight company so I knew then it had to be a sturdy set. It definitely is, it has some assembly to the base of table but it was quite easy. Chairs are also fairly easy to assemble. Chairs are sent on boxes of two, when I went to put the last two chairs together, I found some damage to the legs almost as if they may have been previously returned. I reached out to customer service and since it came as a set I didn’t want to return the whole thing, but possibly replace just those last two chairs. I also said I would take cash back and figured I could replace my self if I needed. Customer service was quick to respond and we settled on an amount of refund rather then return the chairs. For now will keep the chairs in question but may replace them with another style for the ends of table. All in all I’m extremely happy with the quality and look of the whole set! The media could not be loaded. This table is simply beautiful. The set arrived in 5 different boxes, 3 boxes containing two chairs each and a box for the table top and one for the base. The table was really easy to assemble and took about 20 minutes to attach the base joints and then the table top to the base. The chairs are a little more time consuming I found myself spending about 15-20 minutes per chair due to not having access to hex key power tool it would definitely cut down the time. The sell was more than helpful during this whole delivery process, our order was sent to a different location by error of my own. When I realized it I tried to cancel the order however the seller reached out to me directly and asked me if there was anything he could do to help. Once I explained to them that the item was being sent to the wrong location they wasted no time on contacting their logistics department and made quick arrangements to ensure the item did not get sent to the wrong location.
