Best purchase I've made for my massage therapy practice. Pros: has a set timer for when you want to set the temperature for your towels and hot stones, will heat and sanitize which is a plus. Cons: it does run on water so you must refill everytime if you want to run a consistent hot Towels. Other than that it's very simple to build and ready to go. Very very small. Only holds maybe 2 hand towels. Towels are not steamed. I put the towels in the microwave to steam them. This was a waste of time and money.

So I recently went on a trip and I got steamed towels from the flight attendants. It was a nice touch, and was very refreshing. So when I got home I decided I wanted to add that to my routine. It's amazing. I wake up in the morning, turn the dial a little bit and get a nice wake up. Before I go to bed, I turn the dial a little bit and refresh my face, hands, and feet. This was a great buy! I love it ! Only downfall to this product is you can’t get a full size towel into it and I wish that they would improve the lid a little bit.
