I loved how quickly i had it set up & it came the very next morning, i was pleasantly surprised 😮. I had also purchased 1 from ebay (that was considerably cheaper) but when it arrived i could not get it to set up…. So always something to consider…

Several days ago I left a very negative review here. I have erased it. The company (Deeper Connect) contacted me and offered a full refund without having to return their unit. In a very lengthily text conversation with their representative and help from my tech it was determined that nothing was defective with their product. It was my poor installation. I am VERY impressed with how Deeper Connect company contacted me and offered a full refund. And then, also free of charge not only the original Pico unit but also offered to send me their newer unit also free of charge. They really bent over backwards to make me happy. I was lucky to have my tech arrive at my home and reverse the errors of my installation. Deeper Connect by example has proven to me to be one of the most honest trust worthy companies that I have dealt with in my 83 years on this earth. You can trust them! ... show more

Just got my hands on the router, and wow, it's a game changer! Setting this thing up was a breeze. It's pretty sleek too, doesn't take up much space and looks cool on my desk. The ad blocker feature is a lifesaver. Will definitely take it with me next time I need to travel. Totally recommend it!

Overall performance with the DPN was impressively slow and laggy, completely unusable if planning to access media from specific regions. If configuring full DPN routing you are at the mercy of the available bandwidth which is sporadicly reliable at best. With a VPN configuration (not using this device, but instead a wireless router with Wireguard) you will see dedicated bandwidth and exceptional performance. It’s a well constructed little unit, but its features can easily be accomplished without the need for a physical device if you’ve some patience and know how. Do yourself a favour and purchase a Wireguard compatible wireless router and configured with a reliable VPN provider, you won’t regret it! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Got to say setting it up is much easier than I thought. Plug it on the router, do a few set up following the instruction and it will work nicely.
