I have a white table on which to do art, so of course I got this to put on top. It's slightly too big so I used some clear duct tape to tape it down because it will slide around if not secured. It is very heavy and I am confident that it will protect this little table. I have not tried to wipe any ink or colored pencil marks (none have appeared) so I don't know how that will work. The protector looks good and is good quailty but it come rolled up tight and takes a lot to get it to lay flat.
