I bought this for my bichon poodle. Every collar I’ve bought him, his curly fluffy fur gets trapped or stuck and it hurts him. So far, I haven’t seen him try to take this off or run away from me when I try to put it on him. I’m guessing he’s comfortable with it. Plus, the quality seems sturdy and the clasp doesn’t look it it’ll come off even after tugging it hard. It isn’t too thick or heavy.
